Following the swearing in ceremony of president Museveni, security has beend in itensified a head of the event all across the country, this has been planned which is scheduled and slated for the 2nd of May 2026, further more, the government has organised nationwide prayers to prepare and escort the the event and ceremony.
More heads of state arrived and represented to the ceremony from all across the east african regional and heads of state from all across africa. of which include.
* Felix Tshisekedi from the DRC
* Salva Kiir from South Sudan
* Hassan Shekh Mohamud from Somalia
* Taye Atske Selassie from Ethiopia
* Brahim Ghali from Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic
* Faure Gnassingbe from Togo.
More and other representatives from neighbouring and african countries were from Rwanda and Nigeria have aslo represented to the ceremony, meanwhile, some of the ceremonial themes and details were forcused on enhamcimg status.
it has been reported by media that more than 40,000 guests and attendies have come through to innogurate the preident, which has included represatatives from different political movements.
The president of the republic of Uganda is actually scheduled to be sworn ias president for the 7th term on teusday May 12 this year, all this will be taking place at the indepence grounds Kololo airstrip in kamapala., the theme of the swear in shall actually be protecting the gains and making qualitative leap into the high income status as the pearl of Africa.s
The government has the decided to set aside the day of teausday as a public non working day for the ceremony to go through which will then allow all the Ugandans to follow the event and mark the ceremony
It has been noted that an over 30,000 to 40,000 guest and attendees are then exptced to be included and the list shall hold approximately 35 all way heads fro all across the continent and nations are expected to represent on the event.
