Government officially passes sovereignty bill amid legal criticism.



Parliament has recently passed the sovereignty bill this month of may, which went through with lots off debating issues by members of parliament  on how the public shall view it. More groups of people like the legal fraternity came through to add their perspectives to the bill that would later turn not. A law unlike other laws in other countries that claim to mitigate on the affairs of the inner country and of large the political land scape.

What the bill shall be known about.

It has been designed to ask for a requirement from people coming from the ouside world to first ask for an official acceptance from the ministry of internal affairs so they could have access to the inner country or in this case the republic of Uganda.

The bill has also come through to fight for the rights of the everyday Uganda where no external p party from outside has the right to build or work businesses in the country without the acceptance of the government of uganda. , even on behalf of the persons or the government without the knowledge of the government.

The bill also has been designed to managed and contour accept funding and from either inside or even outside the country or even through the government.

How the bill has attracted criticism .

Even though the bill was designed for the everyday Uganda persosn and forewarded to protecte the Ugandan , it did not except other internal groups and entities from drawing criticsm about the mission,and objectives of the bill hoped to turn into a law.

Financial institutions like the bank of Uganda got worried that the bill would impose financial shocks on the economic and financial system of the government.

On the other hand Non-government organizations would laso worry  tthat the bill would also impend health care systems in connection to education through national healthcare and more.


The bill also has been designed to managed and contwho accep funding and from either inside or even outside the country or even through the government.
