Democratic party president Novrart Mao was one of the attendees of the Kyankwanzi retreat.

Also members like Norbert Mao also represented in the retreat which strengthed inter party cooperation.

The most recent retreat took instable with members elect of the Parliament most of from the NRM side often key leaders with 7th April to 14th April.

This time round, the retreat forcused more on an orientation legislation that is geared towards governance.

This included aligning the leadership towards national transformation and quality service delivery.

Over 600 participants attended including more than 400 participants, who aremembers elect and 40 independent members also where elected.

Also members like Norbert Mao also represented in the retreat which strengthed inter party cooperation.

President Museveni emphasized wealth creation through and commercial agriculture and manufacturing through ICT with need to fight corruption.

He also issued key study warnings against corruption and mis accountability. He also pleged an over 100 Million shillings to all the members of Parliament who where elected in transition.

Retreat attendees included ideological ground training, strategic governance training and political skills like gun shooting exercises
